We're a go for today

Well I feel up for training today.  :)  That's good.  Physically my body feels ready to go and I feel rather strong today.  I hope I don't accidentally push it too far.  Lol.

Today's plan:  Swim (300 yard warm-up, 400-500 yard swim), bike (short route around the block), and run.  I haven't figured out what the run distance will be just yet...  Depends on how I feel really.  But I gotta get some cycling in since I signed up for the GA 400 Hospitality Highway ride in July.  I'm only doing the 23 mile route.  I don't have the mileage under my belt to try anything longer.  Lol.

I'm hoping my buddy, Susan B., will be well enough for a duo ride this weekend.  :)  I'll probably be trying out those new shoes and pedals this weekend.
