Did you know?

So Doc told me that my right shoulder blade (scapula) is "waving" -- basically the point that should be flush against my back is sticking out behind me.  He also mentioned that my pectoral minor muscles are overly tight and shortened.  He said we need to stretch that muscle as much as possible.

I did a quick search on pectoralis minor and found this image:

Then I saw text underneath.  It mentioned that the pectoralis minor "draws the scapula forward and down."  Huh.  Who knew?  It is attached to the front of the body.  I'm guessing that my overly tight pectoral minor muscle is causing my scapula to "wave."  Interesting.  :)
